Well, I guess everyone’s entitled to a piece of the Viagra pie so let’s not leave our beloved lawyers out of the picture.

From my previous research for Syndk8.net’s ‘buy viagra study’ blog, I knew there are criminal lawyers defending illegal viagra suppliers, sex crimes, and even a criminal lawyer in one murder case where viagra was involved. I also had found several divorces lawyers with viagra divorce cases involving the little blue pill, viagra.

Up till now, I hadn’t thought of personal injury lawyers, but there are a few cases and they are probably big money if they are suing Pfizer.

I was wondering if any of these personal injury from viagra lawyers were ranking in Google’s SERPs, and of course they are plenty of them.

Of course I had to snoop around to see if counsels were doing any sneaky SEO, but I didn’t find much. Just alexanderlaw.com having a bunch of misspellings for viagra, Cialis, and Levitra at the bottom of their page:

There’s really no reason that a personal injury lawyer site would need to inform visitors of misspellings. However, it’s alexanderlaw.com that is in the top position and they have two pages there, (one indented). Weird, cuz they have the worse design also, heh.

A major U.S. AIDS treatment group plans to file a lawsuit that accuses drug giant Pfizer Inc. of illegally promoting recreational use of its blockbuster impotence pill Viagra.

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) told Reuters it wants Pfizer to be barred from marketing Viagra as a lifestyle or sexual enhancement drug. AHF claims that Pfizer’s Viagra advertising “has caused an increase in the spread of sexually transmitted diseases including but not limited to HIV/AIDS.”

“Pfizer has created and contributed to the perception of Viagra as a safe, sexy, lifestyle, recreational drug, to be frequently used regardless of the degree, or even existence of” erectile dysfunction, the group said in draft legal documents.

Pfizer, the world’s largest drug maker, said it was committed to appropriate Viagra use and urged men to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. The drug is sold by prescription.

AHF, in its legal arguments, pointed to several Viagra promotions from recent years, including a 2005 newspaper ad that featured a smiling man asking, “What are you doing on New Year’s Eve?”

Another ad that ran near the 2006 Super Bowl urged men to “Be this Sunday’s MVP” and ask their doctors about Viagra.

It’s a crazy world we live in. Men having sexual intercourse with men which is so risky regarding sexually transmitted diseases, (some of which are fatal), that huge health care organizations are established for for their treatment. I guess you could say that to some men, having sex with another man is more important than their own life or that they would die for the pleasure of giving one more blowjob.

In any case, one of these gay health care organizations, The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF), is accusing Pfizer of promoting the always risky homosexual behavior by advertising their Viagra pill as a sexual enhancement drug, which, according to AHF causes gay men to be more gay, lol.

Hey AHF! The show’s over, we all can clearly see that you are staging a publicity stunt designed to increase your organization’s national visibility thus increasing donations to your gay cause.

It is not Pfizer’s fault that most gay men are with a different gay man every week and that most gay men do not use protection.

A Canadian court has ruled that the proposed generic Viagra from Apotex’ would infringe on the patent covering Viagra.

The Canadian federal court has granted an order preventing the generic Apotex Viagra being launched and sold by Apotex’.

The application by Pfizer was to stop Apotex’ launching the generic Viagra until 2014 so Apotex’ are unhappy and as this is a federal decision it will be subject to appeal.

Viagra is a patented and trademarked product but it is so lucrative for Pfizer that every drug and pharm company want a piece of the action.

There is lawsuits like this Canadian one all the time because Pfizer have to protect the Viagra trademark.
