for men aged 23–29 Moderate 1.8%, Severe 0%
for men aged 30–39 Moderate 2.6%, Severe 0%
for men aged 40–49 Moderate 7.6%, Severe 1.0%
for men aged 50–59 Moderate 14.0%, Severe 6.0%
for men aged 60–69 Moderate 25.9%, Severe 15.9%
for men aged 70–79 Moderate 27.9%, Severe 36.4%
