Sometimes during my researching, I come across a story that’s interesting but it just does not provide enough “meat” for a full post here. Here are a few of those tidbits thrown together to make a post.

The Church of England bought US$3.2 million worth of share’s in Pfizer’s Viagra in 1998. Imagine what that’s worth now?

“The Church of England has announced it is very happy with Viagra. It isn’t necessarily the action of the drug they like; rather, they have stock in its manufacturer, Pfizer, which has nearly doubled in less than a year. “We certainly have had a good return on that investment,” a spokesman for the church commissioners said. AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The Dutch town of Breda has decided to rename a new street that was to have been called St. Fiacrius court after people started calling it Viagra court.

The town council changed the street’s name to “Hofhage” after people about to move into a planned housing development there complained about the negative associations of living in a street with a name that sounds like the popular impotence drug. - rueters
